First off Florida cars for the most part are in very good shape compared to those driven up north in the snow and ice. Since it is so flat here many times you can get a good deal on all wheel drive and 4X4 vehicles that really have not been driven hard.

The second thing is that since Florida has a large transient snow bird population Florida is very friendly with out of state buyers. We have a form that you can fill out and pay your out of state sales tax here which allows us to put a temp tag on your car. This form is DR123 and supplied by the state of Florida. If you fill this form out, pay sales tax then tag and title your vehicle out of state within 45 days. You can keep your car with the out of state tag here for extended visits without penalty.
